At Prestige Poodles Doodles, the health and well-being of our puppies are our top priority. Every puppy purchased from us comes with a 30-day health guarantee provided by the breeder.

We kindly ask that you take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness exam within 5 days of purchase. If the veterinarian finds that your puppy is clinically ill or has passed away from an illness or injury that was likely present before the date of sale, you will be offered the following options:

• Return the puppy for a full refund, or

• Exchange the puppy for another of equal value.

Please note: these options do not apply if the health condition was disclosed in writing at the time of sale.

If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a congenital or hereditary condition that negatively affects their health, or if the puppy passes away from such a condition, the same options listed above will apply.

To qualify, you must notify Prestige Poodles Doodles within two business days of the veterinarian’s certification, providing the clinic’s name, address, and phone number. Failure to do so will void this guarantee.​

Please keep in mind:

• This guarantee does not cover routine veterinary expenses related to general care, such as vaccinations, deworming, or parasite treatments.

• It also does not apply to injuries caused by accidents or negligence.

• Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required before any refund or replacement can be issued.

• Compensation is limited to the original purchase price of the puppy.
