Travel- Delivery

Traveling with puppies is exciting but requires preparation. Keep them safe in a crate or harness, pack essentials like food, water, and toys, and plan for regular breaks. Whether by car, train, or plane, a little planning helps your pups stay comfortable and makes the trip more enjoyable for everyone. Please read below for additional information!

Delivery

We’re happy to deliver your new puppy to any of our Available Airports For Pick Up, and we will also be elated to drive or fly to meet you in person! Delivery fees will depend on travel time and distance, so please reach out for a personalized quote based on your location.

**At Prestige Poodles Doodles, we believe every puppy deserves a safe and loving start with their new family. For that reason, we don’t “ship” our puppies alone. Instead, we’re happy to work with you on making special travel arrangements so your new best friend arrives safely and comfortably in your arms.

United Airlines - $150 per pet

United Airlines allows domesticated dogs in the cabin on most flights for a fee of $150 one way, provided the pet is in an airline-approved carrier that fits under the seat. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old and travel with the owner on the same flight.

Southwest Airlines - $125 per pet

Most airlines allow small dogs as carry-on luggage. We recommend flying into a suggested airport so we can personally meet you and deliver your puppy. A small fee covers tolls, parking, and round-trip mileage. (Southwest Airlines charges $125 one-way for a puppy carry-on.)

American Airlines -$150 per pet

AA allows puppies and small dogs under 20 lbs (including the carrier) to fly in the cabin for $150 one way. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old, in an airline-approved carrier that fits under the seat, and have a health certificate from a veterinarian.

Delta Airlines - $150 per pet

Delta allows small puppies to travel in the cabin on most domestic flights, provided they meet age, size, and kennel requirements. The puppy must be at least 8 weeks old, fit in a soft-sided, ventilated carrier (max 18" x 11" x 11") that goes under the seat, and the kennel must be booked in advance and will incur a fee.
